just ok, i guess
cramped room overpriced items
the location was decent because it was close to public transport. this made getting around relatively easy.
The room felt cramped. It was a standard double room. i also noticed the mini-fridge was stocked with overpriced items. Even a single tea bag cost extra. it felt a bit nickel-and-dimey.

friendly staff birthday champagne bus stop noisy room poor breakfast local cafe
the staff was so kind. they give my mother champagne to celebrate her birthday. the location has great links to bus stops and the metro.
the rooms facing the street sound noisy. the breakfast isn't worth it. it's better to take it in a local cafe and pay less.

broken air conditioning distant parking
The air conditioning seemed more like a suggestion than a functional system. it barely made a dent in the room temperature, and i was sweating bullets. also, finding parking nearby reminded me of participating in a competitive sport. It was a constant struggle, and i often had to walk quite a distance with my luggage. i was so happy to leave. this was definitely a workout.

charmed stay
polite staff clean environment quiet neighborhood
the staff was polite and nice. it's very clean and closer to everything. i walked four minutes from metro and three minutes from grocery stores. the neighborhood was very quiet.
the room was small. it was difficult to unload luggage from my car in front of the building because of a busy street and literally no parking space.

the service was fast and efficient, with staff always available to assist with requests. i saw front desk employees promptly handle check-ins and provide directions. they also helped with luggage storage and taxi bookings.

breakfast included a good choice of items. i noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the dining area was clean, with staff regularly replenishing the buffet.

A decent stay overall
convenient location complimentary drinks great pressure small fridge noisy room difficult unloading
I found the location quite convenient. It was not smack dab in the center, it was near the metro. I liked that there were complimentary water, lemonade, and pastries available in the reception area. The room had great water pressure in the shower.
The fridge was quite small and was already crowded with overpriced snacks. My room faced the road. It was a bit noisy. Unloading luggage was difficult due to the busy street and a lack of parking space nearby.
